Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase and where it needs to be delivered. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Delivery pricing is based on the size and weight of the order. Larger items will increase the cost of the delivery.
Most of our orders are shipped by Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of between 2 to 5 business days. From time to time we may ship directly from our supplier using use an alternate courier company based on the location and or the size of the order. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only. Somebody will need to sign for the order when it is received.
Split deliveries and multiple consignments.
If you have ordered multiple items, we may need to source and supply the items from multiple locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times by more than one courier company. No additional shipping costs will be charged.

- Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders, your order eligibility for express shipping will be confirmed at checkout.
- Timeframes only apply to business days Monday to Friday.

Reasons for order delays
While we work to dispatch orders in a timely manner, sometimes things can cause a delay. Some common reasons for a shipment to be delayed are:
- An incorrect address has been entered for the order or we are unable to verify the shipping destination.
- Extreme Weather Events
- Public Holidays
- Incorrect Credit Card information was entered for the order. Please ensure all the details are correct when you place your order. You will only be charged after your details have been validated by our payment gateway.

Bulky items are usually any item over 15kg in weight or have a large cubic size These items will be marked as a bulky item on the product page.
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs. These are calculated in accordance with our courier freight charges. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or a large cubic volume footprint.
We may be unable to deliver bulk items to some islands of Australia and remote areas. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver items due to delivery restrictions.
Track my order
When you have your courier consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel. Please allow up a few hours after receipt of your order tracking email before attempting to track your order using the courier consignment number because it can take some time after each product scan to be reflected on your tracking information.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email or SMS from us containing your tracking information.
